PRIVATE EVENTS

Booking a private event at SNAX is perfect for any occasion. The booking process is simple. You don’t need to worry about how many appetizers to order. You choose the appetizers from our menu and we will keep cooking until your guests stop eating. Your guests will enjoy being able to socialize in a cocktail party setting. A full-service bar will be available allowing guests to order any drink and get it quickly. Take advantage of Happy Hour pricing for drinks when you book your party between 3 PM and 6 PM any day of the week. At least 20 guests must be guaranteed to order from the private event appetizer menu.

Dining Areas

FRONT BAR is available for private groups of up to 60 guests. This area features two dart boards, a giant wall-mounted Connect 4 board game, an oversized HD television, two additional televisions, and a full-service bar.

MAIN BAR is available for private groups of up to 150 guests. This area features a giant wall-mounted Scrabble board, two televisions, a full-service bar, and the entire patio area.

SNAX BUY OUT can be reserved for groups of up to 200 guests. We will close the entire restaurant to the public and all areas of the restaurant will be available for your guests to enjoy.

PATIO can be reserved for groups of up to 60 guests. This area overlooks a small pond and is perfectly situated for taking in a beautiful sunset. The area is partially covered by an awning and patio umbrellas offer shade at tables beyond this coverage.

MINIMUM SPENDING REQUIREMENTS and Room Rental Fees

Depending on your choice of dining area for your private event, we require a minimum amount to be spent on food and beverage. This amount does not include tax or gratuity and is charged as an “unmet minimum” if necessary.

FRONT BAR - For a limited time, there are no minimum spending requirements or room rental fees for private events in the front bar. At least 20 guests must be guaranteed to order from the private event appetizer menu.

MAIN BAR - There is a minimum spending requirement of $4000 to reserve this area privately.

SNAX BUY OUT - There is a minimum spending requirement of $10,000 and a room rental fee of $2000 for the entire restaurant to be reserved privately.

PATIO - There is a room rental fee of $1000 for private events on the patio.

Private event Appetizer MENU

Ordering food is simple. Choose how many appetizers you want for your guests and we will continue cooking until your guests stop eating. The food will be decoratively displayed on a table and guests will serve themselves. Some items are replenished often to keep the food fresh. Other items will be held in a chafing dish to help the food stay warm. Keep in mind that your guests will have varying dietary restrictions and preferences. We suggest choosing at least one vegetarian item and a gluten-free item. At least 20 guests must be guaranteed to order from the private event appetizer menu.

Cheese & Cracker Board - a selection of quality hard cheeses with a basket of assorted crackers

Fresh Vegetable Platter - celery, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and grape tomatoes with ranch dip (GF)

Seasonal Fruit - a variety of seasonally available ripe fruit (GF)

Korean BBQ Ribs - slow-roasted, char-grilled; topped with sesame seeds and scallions

Sticky Shrimp - fried shrimp tossed with sweet Thai chili sauce, sesame seeds, and scallions

Shrimp Cocktail - chilled large shrimp served with fresh lemon and cocktail sauce (GF)

9 Layer Dip - chilled black beans, guacamole, sour cream, tomato, cheddar, corn salsa, black olives, scallions on a fried tortilla

Backyard Burgers - ketchup, mustard, pickle, diced onions, American

Poke Tacos- tuna poke and scallions in fried wonton shells

Steak Skewers - grilled cilantro-lime marinated tenderloin kabobs (GF)

Shishito Peppers - grilled until blistered with olive oil, sea salt and side of lemon herb aioli (GF)

Guacamole - a traditional recipe made in-house with ripe avocados; served with corn chips

Boneless Wings - battered and fried white meat chicken flavored with buffalo, Jamaican jerk, maple mustard, Korean BBQ or honey sriracha

Traditional Wings - fried bone-in chicken wings flavored with buffalo, Jamaican jerk, maple mustard, Korean BBQ or honey sriracha

Fried Cauliflower - battered and fried flowerettes flavored with buffalo, Jamaican jerk, maple mustard, Korean BBQ or honey sriracha

Pretzels with Beer Cheese- salted soft pretzels with homemade beer cheese dip

Chicken Salad Sliders - our Cape Cod Chicken Salad on a brioche slider roll

Pulled Pork Sliders - braised pork smothered with BBQ and cheddar cheese

French Fries or Sweet Potato Fries or Onion Rings - freshly fried and served in small baskets that are replenished often

Roasted Brussels Sprouts - seasoned with olive oil, salt, and pepper; drizzled with maple mustard glaze (GF)

Carnitas - grilled flour tortillas, slow-roasted pork, lime, onion, cilantro, green salsa

Chocolate Chip Cookies - freshly baked today

Brownies - rich double chocolate brownies

CHOOSE YOUR BEVERAGE SERVICE

  • Open Bar - All drinks are paid for by the host.

  • Cash Bar - All drinks are paid for by your individual guests.

  • Wine and Beer Only - The host will pay for wine and beer. There will be a cash bar for all other drinks.

  • Drink Tickets - Each ticket will be redeemed for a drink paid for by the host. Choose how many tickets each guest will receive. There will be a cash bar for all other drinks. A drink ticket doesn’t eliminate our requirement to check identification when appropriate.

*All prices are subject to 8.5% NH Rooms & Meals Tax.

*Due to recent IRS regulations, we no longer include a standard gratuity into our group dining packages. Gratuity is at the discretion of the guest upon payment.
